[Geary] Announcing Geary 0.10.0

We're pleased to announce (belatedly) the release of Geary Mail 0.10.0. 
This is a stable release and we encourage all users to upgrade.

Major updates include:
 * Improved full-text search
 * Improved IMAP connection management
 * Better management of draft emails
 * Quoting selected text in replies
 * HTML signatures
 * Support for multiple email addresses in an account
 * Improved layout, with option for two-pane view
 * Undo Archive/Trash/Move of email
 * Updated translations
 * Many bug fixes
