The GNOME tarball release process creates the .news file for us, and we have no control over how it's served, unfortunately.

The spam folder is now recognized. I like the new read/unread icon.

You may want to rename the news file geary-0.5.2-news.txt or .html, so the server will serve the file in the browser instead of downloading the text file.

This release is an unstable release leading up to the 0.6.0 stable release, and as such it won't appear in our stable PPA.
