yes now it seems to work fine, I removed the entry disable_user_list 
though !
in fact now with sssd on fedora13 there's apparently no nead to desable 
user_list in GDM,
on our multiuser (ldap) labs stations, the list of previously logged in 
users doesn't appear anymore .

why the bug didn't shows up before is my "fault", %gconf.xml (size 0)  
files wheren't present in previous directories before simple-greeter 
directory !
as soon as I set those "0" files in previous directory, then my real 
simple-greeter/%gconf.xml file get read and executed the 
diseable_user_list generating the "1 pixel" login screen !.

Ok, now everything seems fine, exept the language selection which 
doesn't appear ... maybe I miss something else, I'll check ...
