Refer to section 9.2.11.  Note that an issue has been found with GDM
2.20 that requires the listitem id to be defined as "group/foo" rather
than just "foo" as the documentation suggests.  Also the output file for
GDM 2.20 has chnaged to INI format, which is a little different than is
described in the docs.
