[gdm-list] How do we add a gnome-panel applet to the gnome-panel by default

Hi,

   I want to add my own panel applet to the gnome-panel by default. How we can do this?
What all configurations i need to do to achieve this? Some of the applets we can see by
default on the gnome-panel for all user logins. I can add my applet through Add to panel
option, but i just want to add it by default. Please help
