Could anybody please tell me whether a patch for the following bug is 
available in gdm?

- There is no indication of it being fixed in the bug thread. (There 
was a discussion about fixing it on the gdm mailing list about 2 
weeks ago.)

- The archives of the gdm mailing list contain no new message about 
the problem.

- at-spi-registryd still does not run during gdmlogin with the 
version 2.19.8 currently shipped in Ubuntu 7.10.

If a patch is available, I will let it know on the ubuntu desktop 
mailing list and in the bug thread that I filed against gdm in ubuntu.
