[gDesklets] The What's New page for 0.36.1

Hi there!

The first release candidate of this page can be found here:

As usual there might still be a few mistakes and strange sentences
(English is not my native language), so corrections and comments are
always welcome!

If someone wants to translate this page (and/or the one for 0.36) I
would be glad to make a German tranlation, too ;).

So, please give me some feedback!
