[gDesklets] IExec License

I know this is a complete and utter shot in the dark, but does anyone
know what the license of the IExec control is?  I didn't see any info in
the tarball and I noticed that on the website it doesn't show an owner.

Any info would be appreciated.

PS.  What was the decision on 0.36 yesterday?  Is it ready to be
released?
