[gDesklets] The New Shell

Hi everybody,

I'm currently planning the new shell for 0.36 and I'd like to hear 
everyone's opinion on the matter.

First should it be..

a) A desklet
b) A regular GTK-application?

Secondly do you want the website integration on, or should we just 
handle dragging links to the application?

If you have any ideas of features or outlook please tell them now, 
before I start coding on it.
