garnome-2.11-20050610.1755: resolution of gnome-panel crash problem

The problem causing gnome-panel to crash appears to be related to
"version skew" between gnome-menus and gnome-panel

	gnome-menus: 2.11.1.1
	gnome-panel: 2.11.3         <===  bad idea!!!

I replaced gnome-panel-2.11.3 with gnome-panel-2.11.1 and the
gnome-panel stopped crashing.
