Last set of updates on TLA 2.7 release 8

Hi Jeff,

After carefully evaluating the patch8 for TLA unstable I found these 
updates that wheren't done yet. I'm not sure if you are still working on 
the patches
or if you missed these updates as I've sent loads of emails of the 
patch4 level.

The additional updates:

fifth-toe

gaim is currently at 0.79

dependency though
