More uptates on TLA 2.7 release 8

Hi Jeff,

After carefully evaluating the patch8 for TLA unstable I found these 
updates that wheren't done yet. I'm not sure if you are still working on 
the patches or if you missed these updates as I've sent loads of emails 
of the patch4 level.

The updates:

fifth-toe gimp is on version 2.0.2. This package now also compiles on 
gcc-3.4.0

In the fifth-toe area I coulden't download bluefish. The package seems 
to be missing from the gnome ftp server. I could find the package here:

gnet is currently at version 2.0.5
