unable to download xft*gz during build of fontconfig (403 response code)

Hi,


I'm building garnome-0.27.1 on a vanilla RH9 system. During the prep of
the fontconfig build, garnome attempts to download
http//pdx.freedesktop.org/~fontconfig/release/xft-2.1.2.tar.gz which
from my end of the Internet is causing a 403 Access Forbidden error,
eventhough other files in that folder are downloadable.

Does anyone have the same issue ?
