hello,

cd garnome-0.27.1/bootstrap

in the directories xrender, render and xft there are make files with lines

MASTER_SITES = http://pdx.freedesktop.org/~fontconfig/release/

Change to

MASTER_SITES = http://pdx.freedesktop.org/~xlibs/release/

then continue with the install.
