I've already came across that problem, and I posted the

Let me quote my previous message from September 11:

So, that would make:
Make gdk_pixbufConf.sh unaccessible to pkg-config -- mine was in /opt/ 
gnome/lib, so I just renamed it.

Btw, pixbuf should be included with Gtk+, so no need to worry about  
what version you've got.
