I can't install garnome-0.27.1

My name is takahashi using TL8S, gcc2.96, kernel2.4.18-10.
I'm trying to install garnome-0.27.1 into /home/taka/garnome, but I can't.

after doing [make install] in [meta/gnome-desktop],
following error messages showed.

there are two points I can't understand.

1)How did installer get that the version of gdk_pixbuf is 0.11.0?
2)How to set the gdk_pixbuf of the right version 
  (I've already got the gdk_pixbuf-0.22.0)

Please anyone, give me some advice.
