The extutil.h header was provided by the old Xrender package in
fcpackage.2_1.tar.gz but is not present in the new xrender package.
Either Keith removed it or he forgot to include it in the new xrender. I
think that if you copy extutil.h which Jens posted things should work
fine for you. That's about all I know right now...maybe Jeff knows more
about what's going on?
