Well, I always install Mozilla using the installer offered by
mozilla.org. I'm not sure about headers being included, but it doesn't
seem very likely. Never mind, I will see.

Yep, they are cheap. Unfortunately they aren't very fast on my Laptop
and there are a lot of CPU cycles wasted due to too low memory WRT
compiling huge apps... ;)
