GSoC Vala Port of Sudoku

Hi everyone,

I hope this is the right place to ask about this. �I am very interested in working with your project and participating in the Summer of Code. �I was looking through some of the suggested ideas, and I think the Sudoku port would be one I could complete. �I have experience in C, C++, and Python, but I've never worked on a larger project.However, I have always wanted to contribute to an open source project, and I feel like this would be a great way to get started.

I was wondering if I could get any suggestions of where to start? �I downloaded the source tree and was looking through the Python code to get a feeling for it. �Is there a good place for Vala tutorials, or should I just search around?
