I think we can host it on
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/binaries/win32/ like all the other
Windows stuff that's already there.

The other solitaire games I found for windows all seem to be
shareware / payware. So a Free² alternative might still get a few
users :)

Oh, I think they're just more often updated now, are complete, and
bundle-able etc. I recall I read some info on planet.gnome.org, but I
don't remember who posted exactly...

http://live.gnome.org/GTK%2B/Win32 has some information; and perhaps
asking on the IRC channel of a Gnome project with an active Windows
port (e.g. Gedit) you could get more pointers, and possibly also from
#gtk+ . I'm not sure which mailing list is the appropriate one for this,
however.
