I guess it is the difference between maintaince and development.

Problem is in Gtk and sometimes in the program design.  How are users
expected to know or predict a certain lable will change?  Good designs
clearly delinate areas which will be changeable like the status bar or the
main game/document area to make things more predictable.

It isn't very important because realistically fullscreen the least of your
worries if you are trying to play gnome games using a screenreader.

Again it is pefectly acceptable to punt that bug report indefinately and
request the reporter or the accessibility team try to look at it.
