Hi there,

I've just seen in the LWN.net Weekly Edition for December 8, 2011 that
the old GNOME glossy logo was used to illustrate a one-lined footnote
[0] (you need to be a subscriber to access it).

I was not sure if it was appropriate I contact editors myself, so I
preferred to report that on the list, and let you see with them [1].
