Hi,

Let's imagine that 8 people vote 1/ Candidate A 2/ Candidate B, and 2

Then A will have 8 votes and B will have 10 votes but 8 people will

has less votes
No - A will have 8 votes and B will have 2 votes in the first count. If
A gets eliminated later on in the count, B will get 8 more votes from
A's voters. However, that won't happen unless B's vote total goes past
A's vote total during the count.
