It is not quite what I wanted to hear[1], but close enough. You have my
vote :-)

[1] Personally, I think forcing developers not to use mailing lists is
not something that is either possible or something that should be done.
However, I do support having other forms of communications available for
new developers. Maybe in a year or so we have 5000 developers using
forums (or whatever) and a small hard code group still using mailing
lists.
