According to your logic, with 11 directors, it means we'll have at least
7 people who won't change and at most 4 who will change at each elections.

This is not what I want. I want 11 or 7 directors who understands the
GNOME community, do what is best for the GNOME community, delegate some
responsabilities and work.

If it's always the same people who are the most appropriate people for
these tasks (I'm not saying it is the case right now (and I'm not saying
it is not the case right now ;-))), then I'm okay with it.
