Good news all, the kind folks @ Sun have offered to lend us their attorneys to
help get this started. These are the same folks that we were working with to get
the newly formed Open Office org running, so they have familiarity setting up a
NPO, etc.

Bart and I will meet with them shortly to present the first draft and get the ball
rolling.
