Hi Maciej,

I fear I may be partly responsible for that.  Rob at Collab.net offered to put
together the second draft, but they were also orchestrating yesterday's Sun's
announcement so we had a long meeting but I shot off the resulting proposal.
I know they've been kinda quiet on the list lately, but Brian, Frank and Rob
have been really responsive to me each time, and have given very valuable
feedback.
