Hi everyone,

I think we're at the point where we should start drafting articles of
incorporation and bylaws for the Gnome Foundation.  Please let me know
if you or your company can donate legal time to start translating our
draft charter (with edit suggestions) into legal documents.  i suspect
this will be 20 hours or so of legal work over the next few weeks.
