Who is the best person to ask VA about this? The main question is whether
they can give us a server running SourceForge with a flexible and
easy-to-administer ACLS on it.
If this is not possible, then lets have projects use SourceForge for
everything except CVS and then set up a second CVS server with ACLS for
non-core applications. If VA can give us the CVS server with ACLS then
that would be nice. Otherwise lets put it at the RH colocation site and
look for a couple new admins from the GNOME community.
