I've tried importing your picture into f-spot svn and doesn't give me
any problem, also correctly importing the "hajo" tag.

When you lost your db, what did you do? you removed and launched f-spot
again?

can you try running f-spot from command line and then import the
picture? then post here (or to the bug) the latest lines, with the error.
