Gui freeze

Hi
After the introduction of the JobScheduler I still experience some gui
freezes. I think this delay happens when F-Spot does the inserts in
the DB: 100% cpu, gui unusable and such.
of course it's quicker than the time it took to write metadata to
file, but yet another step to work out I think.
