Bug (feature :) ) in Adjusting Colours dialog

When one opens the Adjust Colours dialog, adjusts something, and the
nswitches back to the F-Spot main window, the adjustments appear for
every viewed photo.

Steps to recreate:
1) Open F-Spot and double-click a picture to fill the viewer with it
(what is this mode called)?
2) Click the Adjust Colours dialog box, and move a slider such that
the picture looks bad.
3) Click on the main F-Spot window, bringing it up to the front.
4) Click on the left and right arrows to browse through the photos (do
not return to Browse mode)
5) See the adjustment on all the photos.

This is on the stable 0.2.1 F-Spot. Should I file a bug on this?
