new icon proposal

Howdy F-Spot people!

I've revamped the application icon for F-Spot during our quest to get
rid of all the scaled application icons on the desktop. It follows the
Tango style guidelines and is provided in all the required sizes. Please
make sure the icons install to $PREFIX/share/icons/hicolor/$SIZE/apps/.

I've also updated the logo a tad --
