Off top of my head: effect plug-ins, RAW processing, 16bit/channel,
real color management, albums browsing (album is a physical directory
containing images), IPTC, GPS, batch processing (limited set of
effrects).

AFAIK, Larry is planning to get the RAW ball rolling after the next
interim bugfix release. But he knows it better than me anyway :)
