I've submitted a patch to bug
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=310848

This patch (and the new file, Preferences.cs which is also attached to
the bug) makes F-Spot remember the window size, position, maximized
state, icon_view scroll position, show toolbar, sidebar, timeline, tags,
and dates in GConf. It loads any saved prefs at the beginning of the
app, and stores them as it's closing. You can update the preferences in
real time via the Configuration tool, though. :)

I plan to add support for saving the last_import_path and the account
information that Nat has the bug on, though it's going to be a busy next
couple of weeks (between moving from NY back to IL via KS, and getting
married) so that might not happen for a while. :)
