[Evolution] Wrong send account being used by Evolution

When the long-term hospitalization of my administrative assistant began, I added her IMAP account to my Evolution email.  Her email address is hxxxxxx lauterbachandassociates com while mine is john lauterbachandassociates com .  No matter what settings I make in Composer Preferences, starting a new email or replying to an email, Evolution insists on using HXXXX lauterbachandassociates com .

Is there solution to this problem?
