        Hi,
by any chance, was the machine offline, or the server unreachable,
when
you started Evolution? The full fix is here:

https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution-data-server/-/issues/402

and it will be part of the 3.46.x series, due to it changing
underlying
data format, incompatible with the previous Evolution(-data-server)
versions.

        Bye,
        Milan

Hello, Milan. No, everything else worked as expected. The computer was
online and connected. This seems to be a different than the
"Unsubscribed folders in personal namespace hidden in offline". These
folders are subscribed. This is more the originally reported problem
where the subscribed folders sometimes appear but then the view
changes, the folders disappear, and the focus jumps to the folder below
the inbox. It looks like it was not fixed in subsequent versions but
rather your testing didn't trigger the bug. It seems to be triggered
when nested folders are changed. Thanks - John
