You can disable it when you run Evolution as:

   $ WEBKIT_FORCE_SANDBOX=0 evolution


Ah, indeed, I can confirm that evolution starts up correctly if I set that environment variable. I guess I'll 
use this as a workaround for now and see if I can remove it in the future.
