[Evolution] Using EteSync in Evolution 3.40.0-1 (Ubuntu 21.04)

Hi,

I remember Evolution was said to support EteSync since 3.38.
However in 3.40.0-1 I cannot find EteSync support out of the gate;
using libetebase / evolution-etesync does not work, neither the 20.10
packages as well as the binaries.

Do I miss something in Evolution or should I contact the evolution-
etesymc dev?
