[Evolution] group mail

Hello all,
I am new on this forum and have the following question.
I have a mail that i would sent to a group of users. The mail is in large
part general I am looking for a way to have certain key words differ from
user to user. is there a way to substitute certain words to a specific user.
Example

Dear <user>,

Please return the key of your office <room number>.

Greeting,

I want to extange the  <user> with the users name and <room number> with a
number specific for that user.
