        Hi,
I meant 'shared' as 'being used by multiple users', not necessarily as
'being updated by multiple users'.

I do not recall whether 3.30.5 has it, you can also try
Edit->Accounts->Add->Collection Account. The item in File->New is just
a shortcut for the same.
