        Hi,
it just means you've installed both Flatpak and rpm versions of
Evolution. Either you installed the Flatpak version manually on the
command line or it had been brought in by GNOME Software [1]. Just
remove the Flatpak version from GNOME Software (check the right-top
corner, where is a combo with the list of sources from which you can
install/uninstall the application) and both launchers (command line and
the GUI one) will run the same (rpm) Evolution.

There's also the possibility you had configured the Flatpak version on
this machine, instead of the rpm version.
