        Hi,
it is supposed to use Kerberos for the book and calendars as well. If
it asks you for a password then it's an error, unless the Kerberos
ticket is not present on start of the background processes, which are
started shortly after login.

Once you see this misbehavior, will it help to

   $ evolution --force-shutdown

(which restarts also the background processes, thus when the Kerberos
ticket is available it should be used)?
