There is a slight difference in the versions of evolution, maybe i
should change the language of the box to it:it ?

Hi,
you should compare the version of Evolution, not only the version of
the system or the desktop environment. That can be found in
Help->About.
Looking into the Italian translation, the "Add Attachment" text had
been translated in 2014. That makes me wonder, what is the output of
the `locale` command on the two machines, please?
