[Evolution] From: To: mismatch

Hi

an annoying, kind of mismatch issue.

When I reply to a email I received, it happens sometimes that, in the reply
email from Myself to say my friend Joe, Evolution fills in both the To: and the
From: fields with Joe's  address.

So Joe receives my reply from himself. 
Sometimes, it is an embarrassing situation.

I am not able to reproduce that behaviour at will.
I have not set an account for Joe with his data. 

Your advise is welcome.
