[Evolution] Weird blank gap in folder listings

Hi Ya'll

I am needing to know why out of the blue Evolution is doing this.....

Notice the gap between Inbox and the first folder. Theres nothing
there.. No folder or anything. 


I just installed Evolution on this computer for the first time and this
happened. I cant recall what I did to make this happen. 

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
