I'll take a look or try and update if it is old.

Problem is Online Accounts does not work anymore, I believe it is being discontinued.  I use xfce.  It is listed in the apps but it just throws open an empty window...

There is a bug in the Evolution OAuth2 response parsing. You don't say
what version of Evolution you are using, but it was fixed in 3.28.3+

You have two choices really: upgrade to a fixed version of Evolution or
use Gnome Online Accounts to setup the account in Evolution.
