[Evolution] Where did my Memos go?

Somewhere along the way all of my Memos disappeared, or at least are not being displayed, though if I open "~.local/share/evolution/memos/systemjournal.ics" with a text editor I can see the information. But it is not displayed in Evolution. How can I recover from this apparent loss?
I'm running Evolution 3.28.5-1 under Debian Testing.
