        Hi,
it looks like the message is garbaged on the server side for some
reason. I'd verify that the sender has set in his/her EWS account
Properties->Security tab, at the top: [x] Do not sign meeting requests
(for Outlook compatibility). It is checked by default, and it doesn't
do anything when neither PGP nor S/MIME certificate is filled, but it's
better to verify.

For any further investigation I'd probably need that message saved from
Evolution (on the sender's/organizer's machine, right-click the message
in the message list and choose "Save as mbox..."), to see what
evolution generated. Beware of private data in the message, there is
plenty of it. Ideally continue in a bug report here:
