I am using Evolution since several years and am in fact quite happy with it. But there is a feature I really miss. It appears that Evolution doesn't have a support for offline calendaring. What sort of support?
I mean: a functionality that includes adding events and tasks while offline and once I get online they will be synchronized.
(This is Evo 3.24.6 on Fedora 26.)
So, we use the same version. Sorry for not mentioning the version of Evolution, but I experienced the lack of this feature disregarded the version or linux distro. I also can chose to copy the content for offline operations, only: you cannot execute offline operations, neither with google calendars, nor with caldav ones (I use the german posteo as a provider). I can create new items, but am not able to save them. So what is the use of ticking the choice for offline operations? So, I will go over Bugzilla. Regards Tibor -- Anca Tibor I use OpenSource!
